90 to 120 minute SI sessions. Learn how to best be in your body. Postural observation, bodywork and movement re-education.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. An email reminder will be sent out the day before, least you forget! Any no-shows or cancellations within the 24 hour limit will be charged the full rate.
