This is a good starting point, particularly if you don't want to jump straight in to a 10 series or are just curious about SI.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. An email reminder will be sent out the day before, least you forget! Any no-shows or cancellations within the 24 hour limit will be charged the full rate.
